1982
- Established under the leadership of President T. C. Lee, Horing Lih Industrial Co., Ltd. began manufacturing fire alarm control panels in Zhonghe, New Taipei City.

- Manufactured photoelectric smoke detectors.
1984
- Manufactured rate of rise heat detectors.
1985
- Manufactured fire-extinguisher control panels and automatic halon fire-extinguisher control panels.
1986
- began making smoke evacuation, fire sprinkler, and foam control panels.
1987
- Established Zhonghe factory, and responded to the needs of domestic market fire alarm system manufacturers, making the own brand name and as an OEM manufacturer in Taiwan.
1994
- Established Yuan-Shan factory in Yilan, and started marketing and exporting products overseas.
1996
- Imported BSMI ISO 9002: 1994 Quality Systems.
1998
- Obtained UL ISO 9002: 1994 Certificate.
2000
- Obtained the first EN approval of smoke detector, AHS-871 & the certificate of ISO 9002: 1994 Quality Management Systems from LPCB.
2001
- Obtained the first UL listed smoke detector, AHS-871. Began manufacturing the gas detector, flame detector and addressable fire alarm systems.
2003
- Obtained BSMI & LPCB ISO 9001: 2000 Certificates.
2012
- Obtained EN14604 for NQ9S single station smoke detector.
2013
Completion of Ilan factory expansion plan and the in-house laboratory setup.
2015
- Obtained UL listed for AH-0621 smoke detector, AH-0626 heat detector and AH-0625 combination smoke and heat detector.
2017
- Obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certificates from both BSI & LPCB.
2019
- Obtained EN54-10 approval for Flame Detector, IR-0714-2 single IR and IR-0814-2 dual IR detectors.
2020
- Obtained EN54-12 approval for EDB01 beam detector.
